I have a customer that has asked a question I don't have a proper answer for and couldn't readily find on the NI website. Here it is:
Vendor to advise the date when the current product has been catalogued/marketed. If the current product is drawn from market, then vendor to advise how many years support will be provided.
Letter to be issued for the life cycle duration
Does anyone know where I can get this information? This site seemed to have it, but not so much: http://www.ni.com/life-cycle/hardware.htm.
I'm selling them a product that is controlled by a cRIO with several expansion chassis. I don't want to give them specifics on the individual modules be cause that can change, but I do want to put their fears to rest that this product line might be discontinued in the near future.
