Write to measurement file is not executable

I am getting two errors.  The first is that the Write to Measurement file is not executable, the second is that the convert to dynamic data file is not executable.  How do I make these files executable? I am using Labview 8.5.  Any help would be appreciated.  I have included my VI for reference.

Are you able to run the Write to Measurement File in any other VI? Just wanted to know if the issue pertains to this particular application or your LabVIEW in general.

Also, can you post a screenshot of the errors you are seeing?

I see no problems that would prevent those VI's from being executable. Can you post the specific errors you are getting.
