Dear all,
I got an NI cRIO-9066 with some modules. Each time I try to access modules through LabVIEW, I get an error telling me Scan Engine support is missing. Here is a list of things I tried:
- Format cRIO
- Remove all NI components on my computer (Windows 10 Pro)
- Reinstall LabVIEW, RealTime and cRIO on computer
- Update firmware on the cRIO
- Reinstall all components on cRIO
Could you please have a look to attached pictures, and give some suggestions ?
Have a nice day
Julien

Just a suggestion - have you reviewed the compatiblity between the different versions you are using.
Looks like you are using the cRIO drivers version 20.5, but according to this table that is only compatible with base version of LV2020 (are you using LV2020 SP1?)
https://www.ni.com/en-gb/support/documentation/compatibility/20/compactrio-device-driver-and-labview...
Also, worth checking hardware compatiblity for cRIO and modules - just in case (select from drop down):
https://www.ni.com/en-gb/support/documentation/compatibility/09/software-support-for-compactrio--com...
This is useful to work though, but looks like you have tried most normal things:

Thanks Andy !!
It was exactly the problem you described, I used 2020SP1 on my computer, and cRIO20.5.
best regards 🙂
