Hi xssdd,
You can use the example finder to get examples in LabVIEW and you can search with regard the hardware you have.
Here is a KB on how you can do that

Greetings;
Would you happen to have the RIO Driver installed already? If so, what version of LabVIEW and the driver are you using?
I took a quick look into the Example Finder (LabVIEW 2012 SP1) and I see the NI 9220 User-Controlled IO Sampling project that demonstrates how to use the module in a cRIO.
Cordially;

Hi xssdd,
Simon-p is right, once you have the correct software and you follow the steps you should get an Example finder which looks like this -
This will give you cRIO specific examples.
