We have the NI 9214 for cRIO 9114 with 16 channel thermocouples.
The thermocouples type T are connected to the device. We expect to measure temperature in a range of -185 GC to +40 GC. once we come to the minus temperature the accuracy of the reading is huge in the range of -20GC t0 -30GC difference.
We investigated the issue further and measured the temperature with temp reader and found the signal is correct along the cable once we connect it the module the deviation occurs. Further more the DAQ reads until -109GC, which is actually -176GC, and then stops to read.
We swapped the module but we have the same issue.
Can any body help?

I'm guessing you're in scan engine mode? To debug, you might want to try and flip over to the FPGA mode. I think you can get mV, CJC, and Zero out at that point and diagnose if it's a measurement error or a conversion error.
