Labview RT Ethercat Configuration

I have IF1032ETH Micro-Epsilon Ethercat module and i am trying to communicate with Labview RT in Ethercat configuration but unable to load ESI (xml file) file in project and getting message "The software can not import device profile". Same file working with TwinCat- 3 software system and able to scan I/o channels. Please find attached file for more information and suggest solution for Labview RT environment.
