How to expand cRIO chassis to accommodate more number of C series modules. I am using NI cRIO 9038.

Hello,

I am using cRIO 9038 and all slots are full. I have to add two more modules for some data acquisition.

Can someone help me in this case.

There are a few flavors of expansion chassis.  For single DAQ, I would use one with an Ethernet connection. For control, use EtherCAT.

I have been using the NI 9145 EtherCAT expansion chassis.  The only downside is that the FPGA programming on these units is a bit onerous owing to the fact that communication to your Real-Time application can only be accomplished using User-Defined Variables.
