Download Executable to cRIO-9073

I just got a cRIO-9073 from a project manager, and I'm trying to learn how to use it.

I need to be able to download an executable from the network or direct connect 

from my development computer.  Have it reboot and start running the software

without connection to any computers.

Can someone provide examples or tutorial links on how to download applications to

the cRIO-9073 and let it run in a stand alone mode?

I appreciate any assistance.
