I want to make a program to control a led with crijo 9022 and modul 9375
Sounds boringly simple. Did you have a question or just felt like announcing this to the world? And why such an old controller? You do realize you have to get a backplane to attach to that controller in order to use your module, right? If buying new, I would just go with a cRIO-9063 (4 slot cRIO controller using Linux RT).

I agree with crossrulz post and only think I can add is to look at the NI 9375 shipping example. A good point to get started with whatever it is you are trying to do.
