Keth,The Network Variable was not available until LabWindows/CVI 8.1. In 8.0.1 you would have to use DataSocket in order to have similiar functionality. Here are a few links about DataSocket.https://www.ni.com/en/shop/labview/datasocket-transfer-protocol--dstp--overview.html - DataSocket Overview
