Agilent PNA N5230A is not detecting while selecting the VNA type

I am encountering an issue while trying to communicate with the PNA using NI MAX. The PNA is detected through GPIB in NI MAX, but when I attempt to run the software, I receive a pop-up error message.

" Error - 2147220623 occurred at Property Node (arg 2) in Determine if VNA Supported and Comm Type.vi->Initialize VNA.vi->DA "

please assist me in troubleshooting this issue and help identify any potential solutions?

Rahul.. which software you attempted to run? I know this is over a year ago, but felt like somebody should have responded to your problem.
