Xilinx ISE Compatibility for PXIe-7831R with Virtex-II FPGA on Windows 10

I am using a PXIe-7831R module with a Virtex-II (XC2V1000) FPGA on a Windows 10 system, along with LabVIEW FPGA 2016. I attempted to install Xilinx ISE 14.7, but it does not seem to support the Virtex-II FPGA. I would prefer not to switch to Vivado. Can anyone suggest a compatible Xilinx version that will work with my setup?

Additionally, if there are any known bug fixes or workarounds for compatibility issues related to this setup, I would appreciate any information.

I believe you are using PXI-7831R. PXIe-7831 doesn't exist.

According to Compatibility between Xilinx Compilation Tools and NI FPGA Hardware, you would need at least LabVIEW 2016 FPGA Module Xilinx Compilation Tool for ISE 10.1.

Unfortunately, the Compilation Tool for ISE is not supported on Win10. Xilinx didn't port it to Win10. If you want to stick with Win10, use a remote compiler. See LabVIEW FPGA Module Compatibility with Windows 10
