Windows 10 pro 64bit crash with PXI 1033

Hello everyone, I have a problem with a PXI 1033 connected to the PC via PCI interface.
Insert PXI 4070, PXI4110, PXI 2503 and PXI 2575 in the chassis, the PC crashes immediately after login or after a few minutes.
The problem is related to the connection with the PXI, if the equipment is off, the PC works correctly and operating system does not crash.
Has anyone had the same problem?
Versions of both NImax program and drivers have been updated to the latest compatible with windows 10 64bit.
