QPSK demod error using Modulation toolkit, data acquired by PXI 5152

I'm using PXI 5152 to acquire a QPSK modulated signal, and using modulation toolkit to demod the signal; sample rate:1G, symbol rate:10M, carrier frequency:40M; however, when I demod more than 3ms signal,the bitstream recovered is wrong, and the constellation is messed up.

What can I do to improve my pragram?
