Please help me to find type of FlexRIO video adapter on NI-PXIe 1082

We do not have any manual to this video adapter. I cannot find this adapter among products sold. Please give me any hint what is depicted on image?

I am interesting about video capabilities.

Finally I have obtained a response from original Pollish manufacturer.

 

Sorry, I have expected that this is a product of NI.
