I am dealing with a flakey PC which only became flakey recently, and I am not sure why...
The problem I am seeing is the PXI Rack is an unknown device in Win 7 Device Manager.
Is there some sort of service or driver available to correct this?
I am using a third party card which has been installed and working in this system for more than a year
and have swapped it out and also swapped the motherboard. I have contacted that mfg's tech support and this error only
appears when the PXI rack ((NI PXIe-1065) is plugged in via the NI PXI-PCI8360.
How Do I fix this?
Thanks

Well, something has changed and the unknown drive now has a name of
PCI Data aquisition and Signal Processing Controller which is my PXI rack but
I am still not able to find a drive to load for this.
Does anyone know where I can find the correct driver to satisfy the device manager for
my PIe-1056 rack?
Thanks

Hey robojeff,
I think what we're looking for is PXI Platform Services (http://www.ni.com/download/pxi-platform-services-15.0/5404/en/).
That is the main driver which makes PXI systems accessible to the computer. Let me know if that helps!
Best,
Daniel
