Hello,
When I try to run the CVI RT example project for Network Variables, I get an erro -6337 "The Network Variable process was not found or is not responding" As far as I can tell the RT application is running on the target device. I checked this via the CVI RT debugger. The error occurs when I run the host application on my PC. All other host/RT examples run just fine but they use TCP not Network Variables. I had an earlier version of CVI on my machine which I think used a different version of the LOGOS software (Network Variables) than does my new installation of CVI 8.5. Has anyone seen an error -6337?
Thank you.

Hi mulhall,
I'm at a crossroads in my research, and here are the two questions I have for you.
1) What version of LabWindows/CVI do you have? (8.5.1 ?)
2) What version of the LabWindows/CVI Real-Time module do you have? (8.5 ?)

Hi,
They are both V8.5.0.
I did use the network variable feature with CVI version 8.1.0 in earlier projects but this is the first installation of the Labwindows/CVI Real-Time Module.

Hello Phil,
We may need more information in order to help you with this issue. Could you tell us:
I suspect that this error occurs when attempting to programmatically deploy a library containing shared variables that are bound to a resource that cannot be found. Knowing which example you are trying to run will help us to identify where the variable should be deployed and whether the intended behaviour is in fact occuring.
Have a great day!
