Hi, I am getting following error message when trying to access the PXI cards in NI MAX. Attached the error message snapshot.
Followed the steps mentioned in the link http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/7FF79722720AEE488625759B0074A2CA
But it did not fix the problem.
Attached snapshot of the softwares installed in RT PXI and PC, the log files
Please help me in resolving this issue and let me know if any furthur information is required. Thanks

Hi Cheruku,
Did you use the tool? There is a better explaination of clearing max databases here. Usually you just delete the entire data folder, which I don't see in the kb you linked to. I advise using the tool, if that doesn't work re-install the software on your PXI.
Did you have any recent software upgrades on you system? If you didn't this is almost certainly max database corruption.
