I'm updating a design from an old PXI/SCXI frame that uses an SCXI-1104 card for measuring DC voltages larger than the usual +/-10V. The PXIe-4300 and 4310 look to allow a +/-60V analog signal on the input when looking at them on the system builder, the datasheets imply otherwise. Am I out of luck measuring these with a PXIe design? Do I need to jump over to a CompactRIO? Thank you for any insights.

From what I can tell, in addition to the PXIe-4310, you need the front panel terminal block, TB-4310, which attaches to the PXIe-4310. There is a version of the TB-4310 that supports up to 600V analog input, which will condition it correctly to the internal limits of the PXIe-4310. Similarly, there is a 300V TB-4300B to couple with a PXIe-4300.
