external trigger for PXI-4139

I want to use external trigger to control PXI 4139 output current. At the same time, 4139 output triggers 4137 to complete the measurement, and then output the measurement result of 4137 to the outside. To complete such work, what additional hardware platform do I need and what software platform do I need to implement

Regarding external triggers for 4139 and 4137 - there are no terminals for external trigger signals except the PXI trigger lines <0..7>.

As long as both the 4139 and 4137 are on same chassis or (daisy-chained multiple chassis) you do not need additional software to route triggers.

You need to look into exporting triggers from 4139 and importing triggers to 4137 through PXI trigger lines.
