Hello,
in my project I use the NI PCI 6518 card to get a digital input (presence sensor (LED)) and a digital output (switch activation).
so I want to do a test: if read Input (1) = 1 then write output (14) = 1.
and this test will be made with TestStand!
I made the vi reading and writing (attached you find both vi) but I can not do the test !!
please can anyone help me

Have you taken a look at Chapter 4 of Using LabVIEW with TestStand? (Available: http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/373200c.pdf) That discusses passing variables between LabVIEW VIs and TestStand.
These forum threads also have some good information about passing data from a VI to TestStand.

Hopefully those get you started!

In the block diagram, what is the selection under the write.vi?

If you change the Line(s) control in your front panel to say: "Dev1/port2/line0:7" that should resolve the error.
