The TestStand CVI operator interface has a file easytab.fp which is missing on my system.

Where do I find it?

I have searched the entire disk, so it was never installed.

It is integrated into the CVI operator interface example, and I'd like to use the example as a starting point for my OI.

EasyTab is a CVI library (well "instrument driver" really).  It is in your CVI directory. For example:

C:\Program Files\National Instruments\CVI71\toolslib\custctrl\easytab.fp

That file is part of the CVI distribution and not TestStand. I have CVI version 6 and it's in the toolslib\custctrl folder. If you did a full install of CVI, you may have to do a re-install or repair.
