I have an activeX library error (error code -143) occuring when I'm attending to run the TestStand User Interface Labwindows/CVI Version (ProgramFiles\TestStand 4.0\UserInterfaces\NI\Simple\CVI). what's strange is the other user interface versions are working (C#,C++,LabView,& Visual Basic .Net). How do I eliminate this error from occuring?

KnowledgeBase 4XPBOIXU discusses why error -143 occurs with a LabWindows/CVI executable. Here are the steps to add the merge module from the KB to your computer:
1. Copy the merge module from the KB to your local machine
2. Open the TestExec.prj in CVI
3. Click Build » Distributions » Manage Distributions
4. Either Add a new distribution or Edit an existing one by clicking either Add or Edit
5. When you click Edit, the Edit Installer dialog box should open. Click the Components and Drivers tab from this Dialog Box
6. Here is where you can click "Add Merge Module" and select the Merge Module that you saved to your machine
7. Then rebuild the installer/exe and run it
