TestStand Sequence Editor message

I have tried the options below but I am still getting the same error.

Is there another thing I could try?

Feedback is very much appreciated.

Hi,

Can you backup and delete all files under the directory equivalent to <TestStand_LocalAppData> and then try to launch the SeqEdit.

In my machine, it is C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\National Instruments\<TestStand 64-bit version>.

You might have to also backup and delete files below C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\National Instruments\<TestStand 32-bit version>.

Can you please post the original files so that we can diagnose the issue better.
Regards,
Anand Jain

Hi Anand Jain,

This fixed my problem:

1. Backup and delete all files under the directory equivalent to C:\Users\<user_name>\AppData\Local\National Instruments\<TestStand 32-bit version>

2. Launch the SeqEdit

Nothing is grayed out, popup is gone back to developing...

THANK YOU!!!

Can this be added to the list of things to try under Solution?

Hi Aok2021,

Yes, we will update that KB. Can you post the files that were in the folder when you hit the issue?

Thank you

Anand Jain
