Strange default LabVIEW timestamp when using VM

I test my sequence on VMware Workstation 16 Pro Windows 10 VM. TestStand 2019 (32-bit) and LabVIEW 2019 (32-bit).

I try to know if timestamp passed from TS to LV is default. On my host machine the default timestamp is "1/1/1904 1:00:00.000 AM" (LabVIEW epoch). On my VM the same parameter change to "12/31/1903 4:00:00.000 PM" (9h before LabVIEW epoch). My VM time is also 9h before my host time. The same behavior for RTE and IDE.

IMHO the behavior is a bug but I don't know if it's VMware or NI problem.

EDIT: Attachments do not work...

What is the configured time zone in the OS of the VM compared to the host?

Different time zones. One in Europe and second in America.
