I'm using the NI example Simple OI as my user interface. This works fine when I run it on my development PC that have LabView and TestStand 2010 development installed.
However, when I build an executable and copy this and the associated vi/seq files onto a deployment PC, the Simple OI loads correctly, asks for the user to login (as it does on the development PC), but then does not show the 'Test UUT' or 'Single Pass' EntryPoint buttons, so I cannot start the tests.
Both development and deployment PCs are running Windows 7.
Thanks in advance for the help,
Ian

My guess is that it can't find your process model. Try going to Configure>>Station Options and click on the Model tab. See if it can see your Station Model.
I have seen this in the past and all I had to do was open Station Options and close them and for some reason the buttons showed back up.

Did you include the TestStand Engine as part of your Deployment?

Yes I was talking about the deployment PC.
Sorry I just realized you said Simple OI. In that case you don't have the menu items like the full-featured OI. This may be a bit more tricky. Try opening your process model and closing it. Maybe that will put a path to it in your search directories.
Or you might have to copy over the Full-Featured OI and correct the search directories. Or just make sure they are correct when you deploy them.

had the same problem today, the button was not visible in simple oi.
the path to station model was corrupted, fixed it and the button is now visible again.
