Greetings, will Python 3.13 support be added to TestStand/Automated Test Software Suite 2025 Q3? At time of writing, the latest Python version is 3.13.5.
Python 3.13 has support for disabling the GIL. With this feature, true multithreading becomes possible. Python threads in TestStand could run in parallel across cores which could greatly speed up CPU-bound tasks.
Additionally, I would like to request a Python feed for the offline NI package installer that places a directory with wheels for TestStand Python Adapter functionality (pywin32, debugpy, jedi) and for various NI instruments such as
nimi-python, nidaqmx-python, and pyvisa.
Thanks for your consideration!

Hi crodrigue,
Based on the image below, it appears that TestStand 2025 Q3 is expected to support Python 3.13, as the 2025 Q2 release currently supports Python 3.12. For precise information, I assume we should wait for the official product release.
