NI Max software

I have installed the NI software to manage a hardware of solenoid valves programmed to work at specific times and with a fixed duration. Every day I have to restart the computer and click on the "reset default actions" option in the NI Device Monitor menu to get everything working again. If I don't confirm that reset, the hardware doesn't obey the NI software.

Please, can anyone help me or explain to me what is happening? Thank you so much in advance.
