Message Popup Title and timeout not fully viewable

Bad example:

No extra whitespace in the Message Expression.  Title and timeout gets cut off.  The window is not being sized to fit the title and the timeout.

This was using TestStand 2016 SP1 (16.1.0.52)  Is there a location where bugs are officially reported?

A couple thoughts.

If the user needs to see the title and it is that important then why don't you put the verbiage in the message?  That being said, you can report this to NI as a bug if you feel it is one.

I completely agree that important information would go in the message.  But as I was trying to point out before, the timeout countdown timer is completely hidden.  I don't see in the step properties that we have any control of where the countdown mechanism shows up.  Even when using the Modal option, the X button covers the time value. I was just assuming that if NI took the time to make the countdown be part of the title that they did not intend for it to be hidden.  This example has a 20 second countdown but can't be seen.  Any idea where bugs are reported?
