How to use XML file to Build the TestStand Sequence

There is a TestStand example name "Building a Sequence Using API - XML.seq". But the example is too simple. How  to create a step calling LabVIEW vi? It's better if share some help files.

It's different. I want to generate a XML or INI file. Then Run a teststand sequence which can analysis the file and execute.
