HTML problems using on the fly report option and conserve memory

When using the on-the-fly report option with the conserve memory option, my html report files end up with unusual empty lined boxes. If I uncheck the conserve memory box, then all is well. I have the report filtering on to log only failed tests. I've attached an example report log. On longer tests, this can consume several Mbs of wasted space. I also log any step.reporttext which is non-blank. Anyway to stop this behavior?

Can you please post a test sequence(using None Adapter steps) which reporduces this problem.

I've attached a simple sequence (none adapters) which demonstrates this behavior. If you run it with the NI sequentialmodel.seq, on-the-fly reports checked and "conserve memory..." checked, the report log will contain the lined boxes. If you uncheck the "conserve memory..." box, the report looks normal.
