Hello. Can anyone tell me why a VI action step's edit choice in the RMB menu would be unselectable? Thanks.

Here is the answer: Why Are the Edit VI and Create VI Buttons in My TestStand Application Disabled or Grayed Out?

 

I'm now left wondering how the setting changed.

It is because there isn't an Edit SubStep defined for the Action Step Type.

Yes the Edit Code choice is because of the adapter.  The Edit is because there isn't an edit substep defined.
