Create Array from csv

I have a csv vector with a bunch of values that I want to pass to a test with a for loop. I know how to make a vector array in teststand, but I have no idea how to populate it except for manually filling all the values.

I've seen this link on a different post, but the only info there is how to export a property loader doc, and not how to use it.
