ATDF, STDF reports ?

I was wondering if someone exports the report generated from Teststand, in STDF (Standard Test Data Format) or ATDF(Ascii ....). Can you tell me how did you make it ?

I did a Google search for ATDF and STDF without much luck. Where can I find documentation on these formats? It would be nice to have a standard format for exchanging calibration data between calibration labs and equipment users for traceability. I was thinking of an XML solution, but if there is already a standard, that would be great.

This the stdf spec document. You may want to try out some stdf analysis software. I would recommed you SEDana from Salland Engineering.
