Installing an additional LabVIEW takes too long on Offline Manual Update Section

Hi everyone,

I’d like to ask if anyone else has encountered unusually slow installation times with LabVIEW 2025 Q3 via NI Package Manager, online without using an offline installer. The installation appears to run for several hours even though my internet speed should be enough. Around 10 MB/s.

The condition is it's not a clean Install I am adding another version of LabVIEW to my computer. Previously I already installed 2022 Q3 first time in the computer and then adding LabVIEW 2021 and there's no problem.

I’m still working with LabVIEW 2021 and 2022 on existing projects, removing them for a clean install isn’t practical. I need to install 2025 Q3 in parallel to accommodate new development needs.

I attached a screenshot on it hangs.

Has anyone seen similar delays when installing multiple LabVIEW versions?
If so is there a fix to this?

I have installed the latest TestStand Version via NIPM yesterday, worked as expected.

Regarding your screenshot: I have seen that issue with the Offline Help being one of the slowest packages to install. There is something anout this very package.

But not several hours!
