I need remove this Toolkit!!

Arthur, the 2705 error suggests that a unexpected error was reported by Windows Installer component. 

If you look at all packages under the Installed tab when turning off any filtering and Product Only, do you see the package listed (Display Name is: "ECU Measurement and Calibration Toolkit Support for C/C++ Compilers" and package name is ni-ecumc-c-support)?

You could look at and post the NIPM logs related to this operation, see An Error Occurred While Installing a Package in NIPM and share errorlog.txt and the corresponding log file under %localappdata%\National Instruments\NI Package Manager\Logs\ directory. If the package is still installed, you could enable gather the corresponding MSI log as documented in Generating and Locating NI Package Manager Error Logs.
