PXIe won't boot (Most-of-the-) sometimes

Hi,

I'm running RT Linux (PXI Image for Q3 2019) on a PXIe-8840. For sometime now most of the times I power up the chassis it will start booting normally and then stop, this is what the monitor shows:

INIT: Version 2.88 booting

niopendisks: OK

Could not open watchdog device

Starting udev

The PXI just stops responding to the keyboard and buttons. I have to hold-press the power button untill the power supply is cut.

Im running the VeriStand engine in the target. We have a PXIe-8510 and a PXI-6125 in the chassis (PXIe-1071) I tried to reinstalling the whole thing but the problem starts after a while again.

Any ideas / solutions?
