As far as I understand every Multisim version (Base, Power Pro, and Full) [Circuit Design Suit] is includes Ultiboard. If you are having any mismatched contact the provider of this product directly to check the functionality of the Serial Number.
My MS and UB have always had different serial numbers and have to be each activated separately. It should direct you to activation when you try to run the unactivated app.
