ignore net name conflicts between subcircuits

Is there a way to ignore net name conflicts between subcircuits? For example, if I have the IO1 pin of SC_A connected to IO2 pin of SC_B, multisim gets very distraught over what to call the net: 'SC_A/IO1' or 'SC_B/IO2'?

What if I don't care what the name of the net is and I just want the program to make whichever choice will eat up the least processing time. Is this functionality possible in multisim 11, and if so how do I do it?

Thanks!

Hi aamailhot,

There is currently no way to automatically assign the Net name when you are connecting to your sub-circuit. I will let R&D know about your concern.

Thanks Tayyab.

In the meantime, I have stubled upon a partial work-around. The net seems to retain a name and NOT PROMPT YOU if you assign a name manually to it (right-click < propertiees < 'Net name' tab < 'Preferred net name' text box). This is nice for when I actually am interested in what the name of the net, but seems like a lot of work strictly to avoid the prompt.
