True RMS Measurement

Hello Everybody,

short question, but how can i measure in multisim a true rms value of a mixed voltage (AC with DC Offset)? The scopes i tried all filtered the dc offset, the same goes for the multimeters but i need the true rms value for this specific one.

I can see it on the scope, but it is rather difficult to do so. If you have a large AC voltage as compared to the DC offset it doesn't appear noticeable. The multimeter appears to be filtering out the DC component as a real multimeter would do.

I will post a screen shot of a AC Voltage source of 12VAC with a 12VDC Offset and let you examine so you can see what I am seeing on the scope and Multimeter. The only way that this might be possible is if you have the Measurement Probles. I will post that with the same scehmatic so you can view both of them to determine if this is what you need.

the probe is the one tool i was looking for, which shows the true rms value. Now I can go back to work.
