That post was probably a little short. I am the General Manager at NI-EWB. Yes, we care deeply about our customers and their concerns. While I will not be posting much, I do follow the thread.
I believe that kittmaster's statement that it is difficult for us to get non-standard treatment on the forum is correct. We at NI-EWB do not run the forum, it is run from corporate. If something does not happen in the other product forums, it probably will not happen here.
I do however want to thank kittmaster for his efforts in putting together his site. They are of real value for the community, and I am seeking ways other than just the forum to make the site know. We also are continuing to search internally for a method to get more information to you. We are already posting publishing information to: http://decibel.ni.com/content/index.jspa
We also are diligently working with a large R&D staff to improve the product. Many man years worth of development went into our latest release.
Please stay tunned, stay positive, and start to enjoy some of the additions coming in the next couple of years.
And as always, thanks for you continued support. Without you, we would not have a product.
Its seems to have a big impact, in the very short time (2 weeks)its been up and running and considering the relatively low volume in this forum, we already are up to 40 members who have brilliantly start to contribute to the area. It seems to hit the mark spot on and I hope that it continues to grow and compliment what we are doing here.
Thanks to all who are in support, hopefully it will become large scale and useful to our broadbase of users.
