OpAmp has no gain

It should be a very simple testing circuit, but I just can't figure out why the OpAmp in the attached circuit has no gain at the ouput.

Please advise it.

Looks like your feedback cap is 100F.  That gives you one time constant of 680000 seconds...or another way, Xc=0.
