Using Ultiboard 14.0 I exported the 3D model as a .igs file and was able to import it to Solidworks however, the model looks "hollow"
At Ultiboard's export window there isn't any other option aside from what objects to export, do I have to change anything at global properties to export them "properly" or is it normal to be this way in Solidworks? I also noticed that Solidworks somewhat struggles with the model dropping its performance while handling it, is this also normal? I don't have any issues handling models at ultiboard and while it might be my computer, with my specs, I'm not so sure (HP Victus 16, i7 12th gen, 32GB RAM, SSD storage, and RTX 3050).

Hi,
I usually give my customers an iges file and they can import it in their CAD systems.
I only export parts, pins and board outline.
Including copper and silk makes the iges file very large.
Some customers tell me that the have to rescale the iges file, but no idea how much...
Succes!
