I do not use Multisim, but some SPICE simulators are not happy without a DC path to ground from most nodes.  Try putting a resistor in parallel with the meter.

 

What is that circuit supposed to do? It is obviously not a practical circuit.  Is this some kind of academic exercise?  What is its objective?

Thanks for the answer. I am doing a project. I have to control the current using the mosefet for the voltage regulator. Thsi is a project for my student.  I am 21 year old electronic student.
