D-Code

I designed my board as usual and exported the Gerber Files as RS-274D, zip them and send them to the fab.  But for the first time I was told that the D-Code is missing.  I checked previous files and I see that the latest files I produce make a file called 'LED Lighting rev3a(LED Lighting rev3).rep' where I did not have this file previously.  As far as I know I did not have any updates to the software to cause this change and have tried both Ultiboard 9 and 10.  If anyone might know what I am doing wrong I would really appreciate some help, I attached the zip file of my design if that can help in any way.

Hi Bill,

Did you send them the .rep file?  Ultiboard should have been generated this when you export the gerber files.

Also, try sending them the 274x format instead, it the preffered format.  Here is a KB about the files you should export;
