Hello,

The component MODEL is text representing the simulation data of a component. This is written in the SPICE language. You need this model for simulation to work in Multisim. Wihtou it, you'll only cvreate a layout and footprint component, no simulation. You can learn this language and create your own components, or you can find premade ones online by manufacturers of components (like TI, NS, AD, etc...). You can also copy the model from an already available component that is similar to what you want. Hope this helps.
