Comopnent listed under help/4000 series IC chips

Looking for the 4060 (14-Stage Binary Counter & Osc), I found it in the help section of multisim, but when I look for it in comos components (multisim 14.0.1) it goes from 4050 to 4068.

Any help in locating that component for use in a design project would be greatly appreciated.
