Circuit Design Problem

Hey guys,

I have a bit of an issue. I am new to Multisim and LTSPICE in general. I wanted to know how can I recreate this circuit and manipulate it to the varibles in the problem. I am going to attach a picture of it here.

I would like to make this in beta.multisim.

This should be really simple circuit. I would recommend going to this tutorial with simple step  by step instructions about building your first circuit.
