CFM-455D

I have been using Multisim 11 in my school, and we are building a Nonlinear Mixing Principles.

My question is:

I'm looking for a Ceramic Filter (CFM-455D) in our Lab that is what we are using?

In my book we can use a  CFM-455D or equivalent.

In Multisim I don't see anything that has that type of filter.

If I can build my own I would. But I don't have the Spice Model for the CFM-F55D

See Pg. 25-29 in Attachment (CFM-455D) The one in our labe has 3 pins
