Blank Multisim

After installing Multisim from a CD that comes with the NI myDAQ package my Multisim just opens blank.  I don't have any menu's or anything in the toolbar area. It is just a blank gray screen.  How can I fix this?

Here are some questions:

• Did you install Multisim Student or Education Edition?
• Version 11.0 or 11.0.1?
• What's your operating system? 32-bit or 64-bit?
• Do you have an Administrator account on your computer?
• Did you activate the sofware?
